PEDRO KING JEC- CEO

The CEO, PEDRO  leads the company, providing guidance, leadership and day to day governance. Pedro, years of experience, knowledge and expertise in the construction Industry, and in particularly social housing schemes, ensures that our company is one of the Worldwide West’s leading providers of construction services. The company also works in the private sector carrying out refurbishments and specialist adaptations for people with disabilities.

Brian has built the company from its initial small roots to today’s multi-disciplined, multi-trade organization, working for many both public and private sector clients.  works hard to establish and maintain working relationships with customers and clients, taking a personal interest in each and every project that we undertake ensuring that a person-centered approach and culture prevails at all times. Pedro's hands-on, proactive approach ensures that clients receive not only excellent service, high standards of work, and value for money but also the confidence that our work is right the first time, every time.

• Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (AC IOB)

• NVQ Level 6 Diploma Site Management Building and Engineering (QCF)

• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) black cardholder

• S MSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

• C IOB Site Management Certificate

Experience

Pedro has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, in both on-site and managerial capacities. As a fully skilled plasterer by trade, Pedro's attention to detail and high standards are embedded in the ethos of the Company. In his many years in the industry, Brian brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of construction and, in recent years has specialized in the refurbishment and improvement of private and social housing. In addition to this, our client base of industrial and commercial clients continues to grow. In addition to his vast experience in the delivery of private and social housing refurbishments, Pedro experience working on new builds, in an operational capacity enables him to help the company diversify and grow. Pedro work in gaining and maintaining Client relationships has seen repeat orders from numerous public and private clients over a number of years.
